KEY STAGE 3 CURRICULUM

 

Key Stage 3 Provision

Each year group is divided into six homogenous classes. These classes generally comprise 21-23 girls who study the following subjects:

Learning Support

Individualised support is provided for pupils with identified Special Educational Needs.

Study support is provided for all Year 8 pupils to enhance their learning.

Pastoral Guidance and Support for all pupils

 

In Year 10 pupils select their GCSE subjects in keeping with the requirements of the N.I. curriculum for Key Stage 4.

Year 10 pupils also have the opportunity to attain the following accreditations:

• Key Stage 3 – CCEA accreditation in ICT

• GOML Award

• Theory of Music
